Mar de Anémonas

Anemones are fascinating creatures that live on the seabed. Their appearance resembles sea flowers with tentacles full of vibrant colors , which makes them stand out from their surroundings. Similarly, this wine is differentiated by its vibrant aromas, its fullness and its expression of the underwater terroir and its ecosystem on land.

Elaboration

The grapes are hand-harvested and selected, fermented separately in small batches with indigenous yeasts. The wine undergoes gentle manual pressing and is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. After that, it is submerged over 20 meters under the sea for underwater aging, where the maritime influence accelerates its evolution, creating a more complex and rounded wine with softened tannins, enhanced fruity aromas, and minerality and salinity.

Tasting notes
Vibrant red fruits with soft toasted flavors, mineral and balsamic notes. On the palate, it expresses wild berries and integrated tannins, with an elegant finish. Garnacha contributes ripe strawberries and cherries, along with floral and herbaceous notes. Cariñena adds depth with flavors of black fruit and earthy nuances, while Syrah provides spices and additional layers of black fruit.

We will accept returns of products within the first 5 days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer and as long as the conditions required by Law 47/2002, regulating trade regulations, are met.
Only returns previously authorized in writing will be accepted. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Transportation costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer. The transportation amount for the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
For damage caused in transportation or shipping error:
If at the time of delivery it is visible and clear, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage in transport or if, in the same way, a error in the merchandise received, the customer must notify it within 48 hours of receiving the order, to be able to request the return of the affected product or products and thus the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for the same.
