General terms and conditions

2. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE These terms govern the use and purchase of products at www.amarwines.com. The user ("USER") accepts them by ticking the checkbox during purchase and declares to be of legal age and capacity to contract.

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT USER selects products and quantity. Prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes. After completing the form and confirming acceptance, payment is made via credit card or PayPal. THE COMPANY will confirm by email within 24 hours. The contract is formalized upon receipt of payment. Invoices may be requested by email.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS The USER has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase. Notice must be in writing. Items must be returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the USER. Refunds are made within 14 days of withdrawal notice, provided the products are returned in acceptable condition. Exclusions apply to customized or unsealed items.

5. EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL No withdrawal is permitted in cases covered by Art. 103 of Spanish Law 1/2007, such as:

Personalized goods.
Perishable goods.
Unsealed goods not suitable for return.
Alcohol with delayed delivery.
Services fully executed with express consent.

6. RETURNS DUE TO ERROR OR DAMAGE Visible damages or shipment errors must be reported within 48 hours. THE COMPANY will provide return instructions and refund or replace the product.
